NN Group reports 2015 financial results

 

According to its 2015 financial results, NN Group maintained its strong growth. Full-year 2015 operating result from ongoing business reached 1 billion 435 million EUR, up by 32.2 percent over the same period of previous year. Its net profit stood at 360 million EUR, rising 82.2 percent from 4Q14. Continuing to develop innovative products, NN Group increased the value of its new businesses by 13.1 percent up to 202 million EUR.

Friese: “We work with the target of delivering an excellent customer experience” 

Lard Friese, Chairman of NN Group, made a statement regarding 2015 financial results and said: 

We are pleased with the strong set of results for the fourth quarter of 2015, as this demonstrates our steady progress. During the year, we did not only increase of revenues but also worked hard towards reaching our target of delivering an excellent customer experience. We made really successful launches in countries we operate during 2015. Our campaigns focusing on our ‘You Matter’ approach have made great contributions to our brand recognition. In 2016, we will continue to work towards providing a unique and long-term customer experience, increase our productivity and reach our financial targets.”

Eijsink: “Our pension fund size in Turkey reached 1 billion 940 million TL in 2015”

Frank Eijsink, CEO of NN Hayat ve Emeklilik, emphasized that the company continued to grow in Turkey as well, and added: “In light of NN Group’s 170 years of experience, our operations keep getting stronger in Turkey. During our rebranding process in 2015, we tried to explain ourselves to our customers and to our business partners as best as we could. One-to-one customer information processes and publicity tours we organized for our sales channels aimed to enhance the recognition of our company. Throughout the year, we launched two TV commercials that have gained high appreciation from the audience. At the end of 2015, our life insurance premiums reached 97.5 million TL, up by 28 percent over the same period of previous year. Total pension fund size of our customers raised by 10 percent compared to 2014, standing at 1 billion 940 million TL.”

Eijsink stated that they aimed for a robust growth in 2016, too; and added: “In the coming term, we will keep working for our priorities that we have determined to grow in life insurance, establish long-term relations with our customers, and enhance both efficiency and customer service level in our business processes. Driven by the strength we gain from our ‘You Matter’ approach and NN values that we list as ‘we care’, ‘we are transparent’, and ‘we keep our promises’; we will continue to help our customers secure their financial futures.”
