Garanti  Emeklilik continues to add new prestigious awards to its collection with its  innovative applications and the difference they create in customer experience.  The company was elected as the “Best Contact Center” of the EMEA Region within  the scope of Contact Center World Awards, which was organized in London with  the participation of 1.600 candidates from 50 different countries. With the  award, Garanti Emeklilik also became eligible for the world finals that will be  held in Las Vegas in November. 
                                      The  platform determines the best contact centers of the international market within  the scope of American, APAC, EMEA and Global Contact Center World Events; and  rewards the champions of regional competitions every year.
