Gropuama Turkey and Groupama Paris Val De Loire gathered in İstanbul within the scope of sister company project initiated with the aim of improving international culture and enabling Groupama group companies to share and exchange ideas and opinions with each other. Sister companies formed common activity plans and shared opinions on many topics ranging from the detection of fraud in automobile insurance claims to the crisis management plans for extraordinary natural catastrophes, from internal communication and activities to SMEs and insurance market in general.
Managers of Groupama Turkey and Groupama Paris Val De Loire who met in İstanbul reinforced their collaboration through the synergy created while sharing their experiences about their strong suits. In addition to sharing their best practices and experiences in operational and technical aspects, two sister companies also shared cultural knowledge. Managers of both companies attended the boat tour organized for the dinner party and discovered the beauties of Bosphorus, and witnessed the enchanting historical texture of İstanbul through the Sultanahmet tour held the next day.
Sister sibling interactions continue non-stop among Groupama companies with the aim of creating a platform for companies to get to know each other better, form common activity plans, establish a lasting connection between employees, spread international culture and therefore share the best practices. Via sister company agreements renewed every three years, Groupama companies come together at certain intervals and determine workshop items and exchange ideas in various areas ranging from the management of sales channels to agricultural insurance, from portfolio monitoring to multi-channel management. |
