Talent Board, a famous non-profit organization focused on the promotion and benchmark research of a quality candidate experience, revealed the winners of the 2018 Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards.

Winners are identified through a comprehensive data analysis based on their job candidates’ satisfaction survey scores, and this year, candidates evaluated 300 companies from all around the world. With its hiring strategy and processes, AvivaSa managed to be listed among the top 15 companies of the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region.

Burak Yüzgül, didates. He added: “AvivaSa is way above the average for 2 success criteria in hiring processes. Our candidates regard our hiring process as a fair process with a rate of 82 percent, while 78 percent of them state that they were evaluated fairly by the hiring expert. 77 percent of our candidates rated our hiring process as very good.”
AvivaSa was the only insurance and finance company to make the top 15 list of 2018 Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards.
