Aksigorta, which sets out with the slogan that it is possible for an insurance company to be with you before something happens to you, ensures that all risks can be managed from a single screen with its mobile application.
Aksigorta, a subsidiary of Sabancı Holding, one of the important actors of the insurance sector in Turkey, has implemented a digitalization project that will take its next generation insurance vision to the next step. Aksigorta, which shapes the insurance sector with innovative approaches, aims to bring the customer experience to the top with the Aksigorta Mobile Application, a new digital platform that it has developed together with SabanciDx, one of the Sabancı Holding group companies. Aksigorta's mobile application stands out as a digital platform that will provide a new way of establishing a relationship between the agency and the customer, in addition to providing a digital service point for customers that will be integrated with all other channels, thus providing customers with multi-channel freedom and creating more value for its customers with Aksigorta’s collaborations in different sectors.
Uğur Gülen, General Manager of Aksigorta, stated that from time to time, customers experience confusion about insurance product guarantees, policies or business processes, and said “In order to be more understandable as Aksigorta, we simplify our products and services and make our business processes transparent.
