Tur Assist is 20 years old

Tur Assist, one of the subsidiaries of Spanish Mapfre Group, celebrated its 20th year in Turkey with a magnificent event at Adile Sultan Palace. Cemal Fenercioğlu, General Manager of Tur Assist, stated that they became Mapfre Asistencia's 3rd largest assistance company without any acquisitions, and said: "We are proud to have entered our 20th year in Turkey as the market leader. We will continue our investments non-stop."
Offering assistance services with 8 thousand service units in different areas ranging from road assistance to tow truck services, from house repair to air ambulance, from travel agency to carpenter services, Tur Assist celebrated its 20th year in Turkey with a magnificent organization. Held at Adile Sultan Palace, the even was participated by the senior management of several companies operating in insurance and automotive markets, as well as business partners of Tur Assist. Berges Rojo, General Manager and COO of Mapfre Asistencia; gave a speech underlining the importance of Tur Assist for Mapfre Asistencia. He said that Tur Assist set an example for other countries in Mapfre Group with new product designs, new service network efforts and projects such as Tur Assist Academy.

3rd rank in the Mapre world

Cemal Fenercioğlu, General Manager of Tur Assist, stated that they began their 20th year in Turkey as a clear market leader: "Tur Assist has become the third largest assistance company of Mapfre Asistencia family without making any acquisitions. We continue to invest in the assistance market in order to increase our service quality. With a market share of 50 percent against all competitors in the market, we are by far the market leader. We aim to continue our investments, and maintain our leadership position without compromising customer satisfaction."

Creates difference with innovative service

Operating as the Turkish operations of Mapfre Asistencia, a subsidiary of Spain's leading insurance, reinsurance and assistance group Mapfre; Tur Assist provides high-quality and professional services to more than 11 million customers with expert teams and manages to score over 95 in overall customer satisfaction surveys.

Covering an area of 3 thousand 600 square-meters, the company has the largest operational contact center in Turkey, and employs 480 employees in total.

Proving its strength once again in 2015 by providing 355 thousand tow truck services and 1 million 350 thousand daily replacement vehicles, Tur Assist aims to provide services for a wider audience in the coming years. Tur Assist continues to break ground with customer-oriented, high-quality and rapid services; while providing its customers many innovative services that increase the standards of living such as guarantee packages, road assistance and house assistance services, and Elektro Assist - an electronic equipment protection package.

Pioneer services in education

Having built the first road and roadside assistance service network, first damage repair team in Turkey, and providing house repair assistance services in many cities; Tur Assist continues trainings at Tur Assist Academy with the aim of maintaining its service quality at the highest level. To that end, 2 thousand 571 Tur Assist service units participated in the academy trainings approved by the Ministry of Education and got certified in recent years. Last year, Tur Assist broke a tough record by providing services at 66 thousand 343 points in installation, electrical equipment, locksmith, glass, ceramic and house damage-repair areas last year.
