Following a challenging and long audit process, NN Hayat ve Emeklilik became entitled to receive the certificate thanks to their HR processes providing good working conditions and offering opportunities and possibilities for self-improvement and learning. During the evaluation process, NN Hayat ve Emeklilik was audited independently in terms of talent strategy, labor force planning, employment and orientation processes, training and improvement programs, performance management, leadership improvement, career and substitute management, compensation, fringe benefits and company management. As a result, the company showed a significantly successful performance by getting entitled to receive the certificate.
