MAPRE Sigorta gathered with its agents at Titanic Deluxe Bodrum Hotel in between 4-6 May. Determining “Our perfect harmony is our biggest value” as its motto for this year, MAPFRE Sigorta Agents Meeting was presented by Yekta Kopan, famous author and TV host. The event was launched in the evening hours on May 4, with a beach party that enjoyed a live performance by Bengü Berker. MAPFRE agents from different cities had fun and had a chance to meet and mingle with each other during the party.

The second day was launched with an impressing live performance by the famous marbling artist Garip Ay, and was accompanied by a dance show. After this highly appreciated performance; İlker Sırtıkırmızı, Assistant General Manager of Sales and Marketing, thanked all agents for coming and attending the meeting. He said: “What is marbling? It is a harmony of colors; it is the dance of colors. In short, it is the art of harmony; even harmony itself. That is what differentiates us from the others! You all are the colors of MAPFRE Sigorta, and when these colors come together harmoniously as in marbling works, we get a priceless piece of painting. It is so fortunate that each one of you is a piece of this beautiful painting.”

Alfredo Munoz, General Manager of MAPFRE Sigorta came on the stage after Sırtkırmızı, and shared an evaluation of 2017, emphasizing the focal points of the year. He underlined that MAPFRE Sigorta ranked 4th in the market as of 2017 with a premium production of 2 billion 682 million TL and a market share of 7 percent. Munoz also talked about branch-based production results and market rankings.

He shared the details of MAPFRE Sigorta’s activities carried out for the agents during 2017: “We have made significant changes to simplify the business processes of our agents. Major ones include the renewal monitoring screen we designed for them to monitor their policy renewals, new CRM system and our new Commercial Trainings Department to address the training requirements of our agents. Our new regional structure that aims to follow up our processes appropriately and rapidly, and our digitalization project we launched so that every member of MAPFRE Sigorta Family can adapt and respond to the requirements of our changing world in the most powerful way possible, can be considered as some of our most significant activities in 2017.”
