Quick Sigorta customers are now able to carry out their own policy endorsement transactions (amendment, addition, transfer transactions) themselves. Ahmet Yaşar, General Manager of Quick Sigorta, stated that they continued to work towards accelerating and simplifying many business processes and added: “Endorsement is one of the especially frequent transactions, which will significantly be accelerated and simplified by our new system. Our customers and agents can now easily carry out endorsement transactions. Especially vehicle purchasing and selling transactions make it necessary to complete endorsement activities rapidly. Our new application addresses that requirement.”
Endorsement activities to be conducted over the website and through the IVR system will progress as follows:

Policy Cancellation Due to Vehicle Sale: It is now possible to issue the endorsement in two easy steps by using the “Policy Number” or “License Plate Number” and “Date of Notary-Approved Contract (Selling Contract), if the vehicle is officially sold and the policyholder holds a notary approved “Vehicle Selling Contract”.

Change of License Plate Number on Policy: The policyholder will be able to issue the endorsement in two easy steps by using the “Policy Number” and “Registration Document Serial Number” if they hold the “New Registration Document of the Vehicle”.

In case the information entered by the policyholder does not match the information at the General Directorate of Security Affairs (EGM), the system will request the policyholder to upload their selling contract. Upon completion of this process, the technical operations team will receive and e-mail to conduct the transaction.

Endorsement transactions can be carried out on telephone by dialing the information on IVR system; however, more than 1250 Quick Sigorta agents continue to provide endorsement services.
