Cenk Kurt, who served as an Assistant General Manager at Ziraat Sigorta since August 2015 in addition to being a Fund Committee Member of the pension funds founded by Ziraat Hayat ve Emeklilik, was appointed as the General Manager of Ziraat Sigorta and Ziraat Emeklilik ve Hayat companies as of 26 July 2018.

Born in İstanbul in 1967, Cenk Kurt graduated from Anatolian University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1990. After working for two years in the private sector, he began his insurance career in 1992 at Başak Sigorta A.Ş. In 1998, he was appointed as the Accounting Manager at Başak Hayat Sigorta A.Ş., and was later transferred to Groupama Emeklilik A.Ş. and Groupama Sigorta A.Ş. to work at several management positions. During his time at Groupama, he served as the Member of the Supervisory Board both at Groupama Sigorta A.Ş. and Groupama Investment Bosphorus Holding A.Ş. companies, as well as a Member of the BoD and Member of Supervisory Board at Başak Personeli Emekli ve Yardım Sandığı Vakfı (Foundation for the Retirement and Aid Fund for the Employees of Başak Group). In 2009, he joined Ziraat Hayat ve Emeklilik A.Ş as the Head of Accounting. He worked as the Group Manager of Financial Affairs in 2011 and 2012, and was appointed to the position of Assistant General Manager as of December 2012. In addition to his duties as the Fund Committee Member of the pension funds founded by Ziraat Hayat ve Emeklilik, he was most recently working as Assistant General Manager at Ziraat Sigorta A.Ş.
