Top Employer 2019 Certificate is awarded to employers that meet the necessary criteria regarding the human resources processes, policies and practices. NN Hayat ve Emeklilik was awarded with Top Employer certification once more in 2019. The company managed to receive this certificate, which is recognized by more than 1500 senior employers from 118 countries, for the third consecutive year; thereby, proving its Top Employer perception with its human resources processes. 

The global certification program conducts interviews with 600 people in 100 questions to make the analysis required to issue to certificates. As a result of its interviews, NN Hayat ve Emeklilik was awarded with the Top Employer certification for the third consecutive year. Stating that they went through a long and challenging audit process by Top Employers Institute, Hong-Wha Ling, Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at NN Hayat ve Emeklilik, said: “We were independently audited by Top Employers Institute from many aspects including our talent strategy, workforce planning, recruitment and orientation process, training and development programs, performance management, leadership development, career and backup management, salary system, fringe benefits management, and corporate culture. At the end of this entire process which is a part of their global certification program, we were entitled to receive Top Employer 2019 certification.”
