Allianz Turkey continues new appointments for the new term. The company intends to reinforce its agile working model through senior level appointments with the aim of meeting customer needs as fast as required by the era we live in, and enhance cooperation within the working environment. Within this respect, Auto Insurance Lead position, which was left vacant after Fahri Kaan Toker was appointed as the new COO and Executive Committee Member as of 1 January 2019, was transformed into an Assistant General Management office. Dr. Suat Didari, former Director of Organization Management, was appointed as the Assistant General Manager of the Auto Insurance Business and Executive Committee Member.

After graduating from İstanbul Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Suat Didari received his Master’s and PhD degrees in engineering from the same university. He also studied International Management at İstanbul University, School of Business Institute of Business Administration and received another Master’s degree from Yeditepe University, where he studied Business Administration. He began his career at İstanbul Technical University as a Research Assistant in 1987. He started working at Uzel Makine Sanayi A.Ş in 1995 and served at several different positions for 13 years. He joined Allianz Turkey family in 2008 as Senior Project Manager. After that, he worked as Planning and Controlling Group Manager, and Head of Corporate Development (Group Manager). He was working as the Director of Organization Management since 2014, and finally he was appointed as Head of Auto Insurance Business and Executive Committee Member as of 1 January 2019.
