Companies which have not enrolled their employees in the Auto-Enrollment (OKS) system despite being obligated to do so, must finalize the process until February 27 at the latest. Unless they fail to enroll their employees until then, they will be considered to have fulfilled their obligations.

Gradual transition to auto-enrollment system were completed last month after companies with 5 to 9 employees enrolled their employees in the system. However, there are still companies and workplaces which have not enrolled their employees in the system despite being obligated to do so. Those companies were given another chance to finalize the process until February 27. Accordingly, companies that enroll their employees in the system until 27 February 2019 will be considered to have fulfilled their obligations.

The Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services will impose administrative fines for workplaces and companies that fail to finalize the auto-enrollment process until 27 February 2019. The fines will have to be paid for each month they have not enrolled each one of their employees.
