Aksigorta provides support for employees wishing to receive an MBA degree. If they are deemed eligible according to the criteria the company has determined, employees can receive 50 percent of the fee for the MBA (English) program by Sabancı University.

Ayşegül Gürkale, Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at Aksigorta, stated that employees could personally apply for the MBA support to become a candidate, and added as follows: “We support all our employees who wish to undertake the responsibility of personal development and study MBA. In this respect, we are working with Sabancı University as a part of Sabancı Group and a very valuable academic resource on a global platform. All Aksigorta employees wishing to discover and develop their potentials can apply for our MBA support by submitting a statement of proposal. After the evaluations are completed, we pay for 50 percent of the fee required to study MBA at Sabancı University.”
