Allianz Turkey continues to reinforce its agile working model through senior level appointments. As of April 2019, Öktem Örkün was appointed as the Assistant General Manager and Executive Committee Member responsible from the non-auto insurance line.

Öktem Örkün graduated from İstanbul Technical University, Department of Management Engineering in 2000. He then received his MBA Degree from Koç University. He began his career at Garanti Sigorta in 2000, and joined Allianz family in 2004. At Allianz Turkey, he worked as Supervisor and Department Manager of fire and insurance lines, Group Manager of Non-Life Insurance, and Director of Corporate Insurance, respectively. Before his latest assignment, he was working as the Director of Non-Auto Products and Actuarial Affairs since 2016.
