Kerem Ölmez, who joined the Generali family in 2017 and put great effort in the company’s digital transformation that was launched with the aim of profitability and optimization, was appointed as the Assistant General Manager of Direct Sales and Marketing of Generali Sigorta.
Kerem Ölmez was appointed as the Assistant General Manager of Direct Sales and Marketing of Generali Sigorta. Kerem Ölmez joined the Generali family in 2017 and was one of the architects of company’s digital transformation that was launched with the aim of profitability and optimization. At his new position, he will be responsible from the management of the marketing-communication, digital, direct channels, CRM, customer and sales channel experience departments.
After graduating from Industrial Engineering Department of Kocaeli University, Kerem Ölmez received his MBA degree from Yeditepe University. He began his professional career in 2007 at the Sales and Marketing Department of Aksigorta, after which he worked for Unico Sigorta at Product Management and Digital Marketing departments between 2011 and 2013. Later, he worked as Marketing Manager at AIG Sigorta until 2017. As of May 2017, he joined Generali family as the Marketing Director. Ölmez was appointed as the Sales and Marketing Director as of December 2017; during which he worked on several projects to align Generali’s existing systems to the digital era, and made a huge contribution to the company’s transformation in sales and marketing, as well as helping it reach the profitability targets. Ölmez works in many international projects for Generali Group on digital transformation, marketing, Insurtech, Blockchain and customer experience.
