The most prestigious brand of insurance market elected by Turkish Reputation Index

 
 

According to Turkish Reputation Index Research, Anadolu Sigorta was elected as the most reputable company of Turkish insurance market. Berna Ergüntan, Corporate Communication Manager of Anadolu Sigorta, stated that they saw the reward as a value placed on Anadolu Sigorta by thousands of consumers and that they were proud of it: “As Anadolu Sigorta, we have been working to be worthy of that value since the day we were founded. The rewards we have received have been our biggest source of motivation.”

 

As a result of the Turkish Reputation Index Research conducted by Turkish Reputation Index (TİE), Anadolu Sigorta was elected as the most reputable company in Turkish insurance market. Within the scope of this research which is regarded as Turkey’s reputation marathon, 12 thousand people from 26 cities across the country were contacted; and a total of 120 thousand minutes of phone calls were conducted. Awards were presented at the auditorium hall of Yıldız Technical University on 28 May.


Berna Semiz Ergüntan, Corporate Communication Manager of Anadolu Sigorta who received the award on behalf of the company, said: “This reward proves the value placed by thousands of consumers on Anadolu Sigorta. We are greatly proud and happy about this. As Anadolu Sigorta, we have been working to be worthy of that value since the day we were founded since our foundation, Anadolu Sigorta has been working towards. The rewards we have received have been our biggest source of motivation.”


Ergüntan added as follows: “As one of Turkey’s most long-established companies, we are happy to see that our achievements are appreciated by the public. While producing several innovative products and applications in our main field of activity that are based on customer satisfaction, we also keep working on protecting the history, culture and future of our homeland, raising awareness in the public to do so, and making a contribution.” 


How are the most reputable companies picked out?


Turkish Reputation Index Research consists of 6 main sections, the first of which includes the question of “Turkey’s most reputable company”. The question is asked as an open-ended question without steering the participants to any direction. The second section includes questions to measure the Reputation Index Score of the company that the interviewee deemed reputable. The third part of the survey consists of questions about the company characteristics. After that, the survey asks how did the participants evaluated the characteristics they chose to evaluate. The fourth part asks how much they put their trust on which news sources about the updates on the brand. At the end of the research, participants’ responses determine the most reputable brands of 30 sectors.
