Vakıf Emeklilik has successfully passed the audits by Tüv-Süd, one of the world’s most prestigious certification companies, and received Quality Management Certificates of ISO 18295, ISO 9001 and ISO 10002.

Vakıf Emeklilik passed ISO audits infallibly and registered its work on customer satisfaction and professional management standards. 

Vakıf Emeklilik was entitled to receive ISO 10002 and ISO 18925 certificates which provide significant added value in customer satisfaction by managing customer complaints efficiently and adopt the highest-quality service approach in customer contact center standards.

The company has also structured the development of its management systems according the requirements of the digital era, bringing them the ISO 9001 certificate as well.

Volkan Sinan, Assistant General Manager at Vakıf Emeklilik, stated that they went through an intense preparation process before the audits and added: “All of our processes were examined and analyzed, and all our documentation was assessed during the audits by Tüv-Süd; as a result of which, not a single incompliance was detected.
