AXA Sigorta continues to empower its agents and employees by supporting them using its global vision and know-how. In this respect, the company gathered with more than 400 agents in Antalya within the scope of its annual agents’ meeting to evaluate the performances of last year and explain the plans for 2020. The company shared its vision for the future with its agents.
“Our working method that positively differentiates us from our competitors in the market has been to estimate and adapt to evolving risks in a rapidly changing world, plan technological improvements and customer expectations in a way that would best comply with our organizational structure, while conducting socially sensitive projects and supporting people to lead better lives at the same time. We are becoming simpler, easier and therefore more efficient. For us, acting with an environmental conscious and being aware of our responsibilities for future generations is a part of our jobs. And we invite all our stakeholders to act alongside us. With our ‘Earth-Friendly Agent’ movement, our agents promise to reduce their carbon footprints, and start working immediately to spread this awareness. Firuzan İşcan, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at AXA Sigorta, shared the company targets and strategies en route to 2020. He highlighted their differences and strong suits by saying “We are AXA, we are different together.” Underlining the importance of market growth, Firuzan İşcan added as follows: “What’s more important than growing insurance companies is to establish an insurance awareness, and to ensure that entire insurance market grows and develops via increased penetration. We have many first-of-its-kind products and services in the insurance market such as AXA Go which measures drivers’ behaviors via telematics, AXAFit which combines healthy living with insurance, women entrepreneur insurance which is equipped with rich assistance services, mobile phone and cracked screen insurance, and our thrifty private health insurance etc. For instance, our customer can easily benefit from many advantages simplifying their daily lives such as getting second opinions from doctors via ‘the doctor says’ section, receiving critical medical consultancy, calling for tow-trucks, monitoring their provisions, and getting medical appointments.
This year’s AXA Agents’ Meetings was organized by using recyclable materials. During the meeting, representatives from TURMEPA, which was one of their cooperators for corporate social responsibility projects, made an informative presentation about environmental problems. At the end of the meeting, agents planted olive trees using the pots and earth they brought from their own regions.
