AXA Sigorta employees were gathered in between 15 and 17 November under the motto “We are AXA, we are different when we are together”. During the meeting, they evaluated their performance in the last term and shared their preparations for the coming term. The meeting which was attended by 746 AXA employees, was organized at Antalya Cornelia Diamond Hotel.

On the second day of the meeting, famous showman Beyazıt Öztürk entertained AXA employees with a surprise Beyaz Show performance that hosted Yavuz Ölken, AXA Sigorta CEO, Esra Güller, Member of Executive Committee and other members of the executive committee.

AXA Sigorta organized its annual employee meeting called “Being a member of AXA Sigorta family” in Antalya with the participation of AXA Sigorta employees who carry out AXA’s activities across Turkey. The meeting was held at Antalya Cornelia Diamond Hotel in between 15 and 17 November, and was attended by 746 employees including those who work in AXA’s regional management offices.

CEO Yavuz Ölken gave a speech during the meeting. “We have a great global power and our customer focus aspires growth by standing by our customers at all times, going far beyond just paying compensations. Although the market has not grown, we had a good year in 2018 and challenging two recent quarters. We will close this year by increasing our market share, too. We clearly see how we can grow and differ from the market in a positive manner when we focus on achieving our targets. As a strong and competitive company that concentrates on growth, we had set off for ‘target 2020’. In the last one and half years, going beyond the traditional insurance approach, we have conducted many activities that add value to the lives of our customers and employees. Insurance 4.0 will continue to be an encouraging vision for all of us,” he said.

On the first day of the meetings, AXA Talks speakers who inspire people about different topics of global trends shared so pleasant and beneficial presentations with the attendees. Belgin Ergül from TURMEPA (Deniz Temiz Derneği) gave a presentation about ‘Impacts of climate change and human decisions on the seas’, Murat Yeşildere from Egon Zehnder Consultancy gave a presentation about ‘Gender Equality’, Burhan Pazarlama, who does marketing activities on ferries for years gave a presentation about ‘Customer First’, and beloved Sera Çamaş talked about the projects she undertook despite her young age like ‘Music and Virtual Forest for Village Schools’.

On the second day, an open-air fair called ‘AXA Fest’ was held at the seaside with entertaining activities. Following the activities, AXA employees wrote “ONE AXA” on the beach and immortalized the memory of their meeting with a photo-shoot.

AXA employees also enjoyed the surprise of Beyaz Show. During the show, Beyazıt Öztürk hosted Yavuz Ölken, CEO of AXA Sigorta; Esra Güller, Member of the Executive Committee, and other members of AXA Sigorta Executive Committee. In the closing ceremony of this enjoyable event, AXA employees who have completed their 20th year in the company and who had their birthdays on that day were celebrated.
