As a result of the Ordinary General Assembly Meetings held by Güneş Sigorta and Halk Sigorta within the scope of the project to consolidate insurance companies held by government lenders, changes were made in the Boards and senior management teams of both companies as this will help manage the consolidation process more efficiently, accelerate the decision-making processes, and create a more dynamic structure.

Atilla Benli, former General Manager of Güneş Sigorta, was assigned as the Chairman and CEO of Güneş Sigorta. Alper Karayazgan was assigned as the General Manager of Güneş Sigorta, Ziraat Sigorta and Halk Sigorta.

Cenk Kurt, former General Maanger of Ziraat Sigorta and Ziraat Emeklilik, was assigned as the General Manager of Ziraat Emeklilik and Vakıf Emeklilik.
