BNP Paribas Cardif contributes to “TEV Loyalty Fund for Coronavirus Heroes” (TEV KoronaKahramanlarınaVefaFonu), which was founded by Turkish Educational Foundation (TEV) with the aim of ensuring that the children of individuals who lost their lives due to COVID-19 can continue their education
BNP Paribas Cardif has taken action towards decreasing the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic, which has impacted the whole world, in accordance with their mission to make a contribution to society. On the occasions of Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha holidays during when the feelings of solidarity are the strongest, BNP Paribas Cardif made donations to “TEV Loyalty Fund for Coronavirus Heroes”.
Supporting education through various projects, BNP Paribas Cardif will contribute to the education of children whose parents have died due to COVID-19 pandemic with two separate donations to Turkish Educational Foundation on occasion of two regional holidays.
Expanded fund scope
Turkish Educational Foundation (TEV) had launched “TEV Loyalty Fund for Coronavirus Heroes” (TEV Korona Kahramanlarına Vefa Fonu) to ensure that children of healthcare professionals who took active role in fighting with the coronavirus and lost their lives due to virus can continue their education without being interrupted. Support for this campaign grew in a very short time, and TEV decided to expand the scope of the fund to support higher number of children by giving scholarship (in accordance with requirement criteria) to children of all individuals who lost their lives due to the coronavirus. And once again, BNP Paribas Cardif fulfilled its mission of making contributions to the society we live in by donating to this campaign for the second time, this time with the expanded scope.
