With the project called “MAPFRE Sigorta Agency Portal – MAP, which will accelerate processes for all sales channels of agents, support their business processes and allow them to easily access all company systems 24/7, was entitled to receive ‘Future of Work’ award.

Thanks to MAP, MAPFRE Sigorta’s business partners can access all their systems using a single username and password; instantly display the monthly and annual changes of production, target realization, production ranking and renewal performances; and easily access detailed reports with the single click of a button. The portal reduces the operational workload of users and helps them focus on sales activities with high added value; while enabling agents to easily issue policies for automatically created traffic renewal offers and share them with their customers using a single screen. Moreover, agents can access the announcements from a single platform using MAP without having to track announcements in e-mails. Similarly, they can track all news about MAPFRE in a format that is customized for related sales channels and regions. Thanks to the mobile version of the application, MAPFRE’s business partners can access all these features wherever they are and continue their operations without interruptions.
