Allianz Turkey has decided to make a structural change in its organization and positioned health branch as a separate function. With the aim of increasing customer experience higher in the health line, initiate new and pioneer practices and export them to other countries where Allianz operates; Allianz Turkey has appointed Pınar Oruç Lembet as Chief Health Officer.

Joining Allianz Turkey family as of 1 September 2016, Pınar Oruç Lembet comes from within the health sector. She completed her MSc degree in Industrial Engineering at Middle East Technical University in 1988, and MBA degree at Bilkent University in 1990. Through the following years of her career, she attended the Master of Science Program (MS) of Bahçeşehir University in Accounting, Auditing and International Reporting. In 1991, Pınar Oruç Lembet began her career as an analyst at the Privatization Administration of Turkey. After that, she worked at different positions in financial affairs, investor relations, marketing, communications, human resources, and hospital management departments at TAIB Yatırım Bankası, Fieldstone Private Capital Investment Bank, Acıbadem Hospitals Group, Universal Hospitals Group and Merck Sharp & Dohme. Since 20143, Lembet has been working as a Partner at Value Health, a consultancy company of the health sector.
