2 Gold Awards to Koalay.com’a from International Hermes Creative Awards
 
 

Koalay.com won 2 Gold Awards at 2017 International Hermes Creative Awards.

 

Recognizing the outstanding work of creative professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional and emerging media & technologies every year, International Hermes Creative Awards rewarded Koalay.com with two awards in 2017; in Business to Consumer and Product categories. Koalay.com received B2C Website Award in the category of Business to Consumer, and awarded Turkey’s first ever consumer website for purchasing auto insurance in the Product Category.


Bradley Du Chenne, Koalay.com’s CEO, regards the reward as the payoff and success that past few years brought. He said: “We have invested heavily in time and resource in order to allow our system to provide the customers with the easiest, slickest process to get the widest range of prices. The first reason we were entitled for the awards is that we are first fully online car insurance buying platform. Although they claim to, no other platform has the ability to sell the policy online as we do. Secondly, our focus and investment has always been our technology, always with the customer in mind, and with the aim of making it as easy as possible for the client to see price the widest range of prices available in the market and giving the customer the final decision in which product to buy (online).”


Adding that they don’t have to ask the customer for so much personal information which contributed to their success according to customer inputs, Bradley Du Chenne explained as follows: “We get any additional information needed from external databases so we don’t have to ask the customer for so much personal information like other companies who are asking the customer so many questions. In addition to the above, we created our brand identity to be fun with loud colors and the use of a mascot, to ease and brighten up the purchase experience for a service that is sometimes perceived as boring and drabby.”
Bradley Du Chenne also explained the advantages of Koalay.com as a website to simplify the purchase of insurance, and said: “Our main advantages can be listed as follows: Our customers only need to answer 5 questions until we can show them prices,  they can see a quote price in 2 minutes and purchase in 1 – total purchase process can take as short as 3 minutes, our new Kasko Customization Functionality, being an all online platform that saves time and effort involved in going to visit different agents to get the same amount of quotes that we could provide online, and being an all through safe and secure platform where credit card information is safely processed and encrypted.”
