Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik has begun to offer a brand new opportunity to address the alternative investment tool requirements of its participants by including İş Portföy’s First Real-Estate Investment Fund in its fund portfolio.

Added in the portfolio of pension funds for alternative investment options as of 19 July, the company collected requests for purchase from qualified investors between 19 June and 18 July 2017 and issued a 440 Million TL fund. The fund made its initial investments to two separate commercial real estates located in Antalya and Ankara. Investors who prefer to buy the pension funds that include this real-estate fund in their portfolio will be participating in the regular rental income from commercial real estates and benefit from the value rise of the offices in the portfolio. Real-Estate Investment Fund aims to invest in commercial offices - especially those located in metropolitans of Turkey; and therefore provides a stable return through the regular rental income and value rise of offices. It will help investors benefit from the return of commercial real estates which can be unreachable for individual investors under normal circumstances.
