Founded in 1957, Güneş Sigorta family celebrates its 60th anniversary this year. The company initiated a series of events that have been taking place over the course of 2017. On 15 September, a celebration was party was held with the participation of employees in Portaxe restaurant.

During its 60^th year, Güneş Sigorta has been referring to its new structure reshaped to make life easier with the new company motto “Life Is Easier”.

The 60^th anniversary event kicked off at 19:00 with the participation of General Manager Serhat Süreyya Çetin, Assistant General Managers Birgül Denli, Murat Koygun, Tahsin Oral and Tayfun Altıntaş, and the entire Güneş Sigorta staff.

“Our past and current actions are a guarantee of our future accomplishments”

General Manager Çetin opened the 60^th anniversary organization with a speech and stated as follows: “As its name suggests, Güneş Sigorta rose like a sun 60 years ago; and has since continued to enlighten our market, our economy and our county with its ever-improving vision and people-oriented approach. This achievement is not a coincidence; all our colleagues who worked and have been working at Güneş Sigorta since its foundation have a big role in this achievement. I would like to thank all our employees for their contributions to Güneş Sigorta throughout our history. We have taken over this beautiful legacy from our predecessors, and intend to leave it just as successfully to future generations.”
