Allianz Turkey left a huge mark on 29th Crystal Apple Competition by receiving 8 awards I total. Okan Özdemir, Assistant General Manager of Marketing at Allianz Turkey, gave a statement about the results and said: “Our commercial film lays emphasis on our mission, which is standing by our clients and their loved ones in every phase of their lives. We told them ‘You just tell your loved ones that you love them and support them, as you are not alone in this journey; Allianz is with you’ and we managed to reach out to their emotions. We chose to instill trust, not fear as is typical for the insurance market. I believe that this campaign has brought us one step closer to reach our target of becoming Turkey’s first insurance company that springs to mind when it comes to health insurance. We would like to express special thanks to our business and dream partners, Concep Ajans, Mindshare and Pure New Media who helped carry us towards this target.”

The commercial film campaign that consisted of scenes telling daily-life stories with Kalben’s beautiful voice brought Allianz 1 Grand Prize and 4 Crystal Apples. Carrying ‘Allianz is With You’ communication campaign to digital channels, Allianz received another Crystal Apple award with their SnapHack application in Creative Channel Use under Social Media Category. The company also received a Silver Award in Creative and Innovative Use of Social Media Platform under Social Media Category. Allianz Turkey was entitled to receive one more award during the ceremony: “Special Award for Advertiser Encouraging Creativity”. Thus, the company left the Crystal Apple Competition with 8 awards.

 ‘Allianz is With You’ commercial campaign that was prepared by Concept Ajans and broadcast in November 2016 had also received a Silver Award from Effie Awards as the grand prize of its category. Effie Awards’ are commonly regarded as the ‘Oscars of Advertising’. The commercial accompanied by the song “Haydi Söyle” by Kalben received great deal of attention and admiration since it was first broadcast.
