Within the scope of ALFA Awards, an organization that rewards brands that are best in customer experience management, Allianz Turkey received the ALFA award in the category of ‘Insurance Companies’. The event is organized by Marketing Turkey Magazine and rewards companies that are best in customer experience management since 2015. This year’s award ceremony was held on 24 May 2018 at İstanbul Bomontiada. Okan Özdemir, Assistant General Manager of Marketing, and Erkan Işıksal, Director of Customer Management, received the reward on behalf of Allianz Turkey.
In his speech during the ceremony, Okan Özdemir emphasized that Allianz put ‘customer-oriented’ approach in the center of all its activities and added, “We are working with a vision that goes way beyond covering for damages and compensations; we care about supporting the lives of our customers whenever they need us. Our roadmap is determined by the expectations of our customers. We focus on listening to and understanding them, and offering products and services that are customized for their needs. Therefore, we develop insurance models supported by technology that can easily be understood by our customers and help us offer the right product through the right channels.”
‘We say ‘Allianz is by your side’ to our customers’
Stating that they manage their customer relations under the motto of ‘Allianz is by your side’, Özdemir added as follows: “For us, this is not only a motto. We abide by our word, and realize several programs to make life more comfortable for our customers who trust us with their health, their assets and their future. As Allianz, we are aware that improving customer experience is the only way to stand out among the competition; thus, we constantly improve and enhance our products and services in light of the feedbacks we receive and analyses we carry out. We proceed along our path by combining our global experience with our local knowhow.”
Evaluated by 1200 participants from 12 cities
ALFA Awards rewarded the winning brands based on the results of ALFA Customer Experience Index research, which was surveyed in 12 cities with 1200 people. In face-to-face interviews carried out in İstanbul, Bursa, Balıkesir, İzmir, Ankara, Kayseri, Adana, Gaziantep, Malatya, Samsun, Trabzon and Erzurum; customers evaluated brands according to their wishes of experiencing, quality of brands’ communication activities and recognition by consumers.
