Firuzan İşçan was appointed to the position of Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Axa Sigorta as of 2 May 2018. He will be responsible from the management of Regional Management offices of the company, sales and marketing activities of distribution channels, as well as departments of agency sales development and performance management, banks and financial institutions, health and life pension sales, customer complaint management and marketing.

After graduating from Industrial Engineering Department of Galatasaray University in 1997, Firuzan İşcan received his master’s degree from the same school and became a research assistant. İşcan entered the insurance market as of 2001. He worked as System and Security Engineer, Regional Manager, Group Manager of Automobile Dealers/Agency Sales, Group Manager of Marketing, Marketing Director of Customer Strategies at Allianz Sigorta between 2001 and 2016. He was appointed as the Global Head of Customer and Distribution Experience in 2016, and CEO of Allianz Worldwide Partners Turkey in 2017. Firuzan İşçan speaks English and French.
