Completing its tenth year in the market after recommencing its operations, Turk Nippon Sigorta organized an event at Şile Gardens Hotel on 13 and 14 October. The event called “We are 10 years old today, we are more than tomorrow” combined the Regional Meeting, Teamwork/Competences Workshop and a BBQ Party attended by all participants.

Dr. E. Baturalp Pamukçu, General Manager of Türk Nippon Sigorta, gave a speech before the meetings started and said: “I am very happy to see you all here today. As Türk Nippon Sigorta, we are conscious of our targets. In this respect, we all have great responsibilities in achieving them. During the processes that will follow, we do not only need to be a target-oriented company but also one that creates difference in every field. I believe that we should love the jobs we do to create a difference. I think we will reach above the standards and leave our mark on the market with every job we do lovingly.  One of the reasons why we are here -actually the most important one- is to reveal how we can create a difference with high motivation and business consciousness. In line with this awareness, we will continue to add new ones to our achievements in the following terms.”

“Competences Workshop” that began right after Pamukçu’s speech was fun and full of games and activities that expressed the company’s competence principles. Moreover, latest targets and 2019 strategies were discussed during the Regional Performance Meeting that began at the same time with the event and continued all day.
