AXA has taken its place among the sponsors of Turkish Airlines Euroleague and 7DAYS EuroCup.

AXA Spain signed a new sponsorship agreement with Turkish Airlines Euroleague and 7DAYS EuroCup, leading basketball organizations of Euroleague Basketball Europe on clubs’ level.

"I would like to welcome AXA as a new member of our family of partners," Jordi Bertomeu, Euroleague Basketball President and CEO, said. "AXA is a global reference in the insurance market, so the trust they have put in us shows, one more time, the importance of our companies and the added value that basketball provides to brands."

Turkish Airlines Euroleague and 7DAYS EuroCup, the premier basketball competitions in Europe, feature 40 teams from thirteen countries: Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Lithuania, Israel, Montenegro, Russia, Greece, Serbia, Poland and Croatia. More than 2.5 million spectators packed Euroleague Basketball arenas during last season's games, which were distributed to a potential audience of 2 billion spectators around the globe.

"In AXA we feel very identified with values like teamwork, which are key for sport and for basketball," Jean-Paul Rignault, AXA Spain CEO, said. "AXA is the global leading insurance brand, for the tenth consecutive year, and we are confident that with Euroleague Basketball we will reinforce our position."

AXA will be present in all Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and 7DAYS EuroCup games as well in the competitions' digital platforms and TV broadcasting.
