Marsh continues to transfer managers from Turkey. Most recently, Gamze Konyar, who joined Marsh Turkey team in 2017, was appointed as the Cyber Practice Leader of Central & South Eastern Europe Marsh.

Marsh, world’s leading insurance broker and risk management company operating under the roof of Marsh and McLennan Group, continues to transfer managers from its Turkey operations to global operations. In this respect they have most recently appointed Gamze Konyar, who joined Marsh Turkey team in 2017, as the Cyber Practice Leader of Central & South Eastern Europe Marsh.

After graduating from TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Department of Economics in 2008, Gamze Konyar began her career at Anadolu Sigorta Corporate Insurance Department. In the meantime, she received her Master’s Degree on International Politic Economy from Bilgi University. Between 2015 and 2017, she worked as Senior Financial Lines Underwriter at AIG Sigorta Financial and Professional Insurance Department and began to become an expert on Cyber Insurance. She joined Marsh Team as of 2017 and worked in all financial and professional insurance lines including D&O, comprehensive crime and especially cyber risk with many customers from different sectors and different scales.
