Anadolu Sigorta won a silver medal in Contact Center World Awards finals organized in Vienna. 

Contact Center World Awards EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), a competition regarded as one of the most prestigious awards of contact center sector, was distributed in Vienna on 24 – 27 June 2019.

Anadolu Sigorta won the silver medal in the competition which selected the best contact centers of the EMEA region.

The competition was organized for the 14th time this year; and during the finals which were organized in Vienna, candidate companies were voted by all participants according to their performances. Barış İnan, Manager of Digital Channels Department who received the award on behalf of Anadolu Sigorta, gave a presentation to participants about the services of his company.

Stating that giving the best customer experience will always be their first priority; Levent Sönmez, Assistant General Manager of Anadolu Sigorta, said: “Customer experience is so important that it cannot be left up to chance. Anadolu Sigorta prioritizes measuring customer experience, detecting areas that are strong and open for improvement, and taking rapid actions for improvement over any other target; and we know that they play the most critical and determinative role in reaching all our targets.” Underlining that Anadolu Sigorta constantly invested in customer experience to take it up to the highest level, Sönmez said: “Our national and international awards, and most importantly positive feedbacks from our customers, are the most important source of our motivation. We try to benefit from all the advantages of digitalization in this area. Customer experience will continue to be our most important priority in the coming term.”
