First Graduates of AXA Sigorta Gelecek Fakültesi

Implemented by AXA Sigorta to ensure the sustainability of professional insurance agents and enhance the power of AXA’s distribution channel in the long term, “Gelecek Fakültesi” (Faculty of Future) produced its first 41 graduates who completed the program successfully.

Lifelong Education Center of Boğaziçi University provided support while planning the contents of the program, which provided attendees with in-class and online trainings on various topics covering digital marketing, time management, leadership, product journey, insurance sales marketing, risk management and so on. In addition to several academicians, members of AXA Sigorta Extended Executive Committee took active parts in the program as mentors and trainers. The managers gave hands-on trainings in the classroom on technical, sales and claims topics using real cases. This was a first in Turkish insurance market.

“Since the first day we had this idea, we thought on how we can create a difference and sustain experience. We listened to the expectations of our agents face-to-face during our agency and regional meetings for nearly two years. Moreover, we organized focus groups to understand the requirements of potential attendees. Designed with a highly exhaustive content almost as a graduate degree education, this program has been an opportunity for learning, development and future preparation for both participants and us. We are proud of 41 successful students who completed our Gelecek Fakültesi program that was prepared in cooperation with Boğaziçi University. We are excited to welcome the participants that will join us in the new term. I am sure that this program will make valuable contributions to the development of our market in the long term,” said Firuzan İşcan, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at AXA Sigorta.
