Enriched “assistance services” from MetLife Emeklilik ve Hayat
 
 

MetLife Emeklilik ve Hayat continues to offer new products and enrich its existing products in accordance with their customer-oriented approach. Their latest endeavor is “Value Added Assistance Services”, which were enriched to address different requirements of different customer groups.  

 

As one of Turkey’s leading personal accident, life insurance and pension companies, MetLife Emeklilik ve Hayat has initiated ‘Value Added Assistance Services’ project with the aim of enriching their existing assistance packages with new services that might be required by the target audience of insurance products. Created with the notion that insurance policies should provide benefits for individuals not only during hard times but also during their healthy days, enriched MetLife assistance packages offer many advantages and services for policyholders in different areas ranging from medical assistance to discounts in gas stations and thermal-spa hotels, or from psychological consultancy to education consultancy services.

 

Commenting on the assistance packages that were renewed and enriched within the scope of ‘Value Added Assistance Services’, Deniz Yurtseven, CEO of MetLife Emeklilik ve Hayat, said: “Insurance is still a highly intangible concept for our society. Because, it is generally regarded as a product that could be used for hard days or to have a better retirement life. And that day always seems far away. Our researches have shown that people want to benefit from their insurance policies during their healthy and happy days as well. So, we revised our assistance packages in accordance with the requirements of our customers and made them more comprehensive. Our packages offered alongside our products for the daily requirements of our customers include dozens of free or discount services such as medical assistance, optical services, health support services, air conditioner and combi boiler maintenance, locksmith service, discounts at gas stations and thermal-spa hotels, psychological consultancy, educational consultancy, children’s health consultancy, career coaching services, izotomi, hobby clubs, workshop programs.”

 

“We offer these packages alongside different products. Our customers also consider what benefits are offered in addition to the risk products they need. In the initial phase of this project, we aimed to offer more than 10 of our products together with advantageous services,” he added.
