The company has now created a new meeting point for its employees with an application called “Biz Bize” in the field of human resources. The application strengthens communication between employees and simplifies their lives in accordance with its targets of reinforcing internal communications and increasing synergy among employees.


Anadolu Sigorta has accelerated digitalization for its business models after launching remote-working model due to the pandemic, and continues carrying out new projects that will simplify the lives of its customers and employees. Anadolu Sigorta has created a common meeting point with its new mobile platform called “Biz Bize”, which is a practical app that will catalyze internal communication in the field of human resources.


Filiz Tiryakioğlu, 1st Deputy Chief Executive of Anadolu Sigorta, states that they have been thinking in a digital perspective and developing new approaches for human resources within the framework of their corporate culture. “Remote working has once again proven the vital importance of internal communication. Tiryakioğlu says that “Biz Bize” mobile app considers user habits of employees to ensure a healthy and constant communication, and is accessible anywhere anytime. According to Tiryakioğlu, the application will strengthen team communications, as it ensures constant interaction and provides online notifications about any updates. She also underlines that each employee can share live content on the application. “The application offers us the opportunity of appreciating colleagues on a digital platform, nurtures internal entrepreneurship culture, and helps us get in touch with our colleagues during emergencies. It also acts as a platform to book our entrances to the office, as a necessity of the new normal. Moreover, we will also add the processes of entering and approving the leaves and overtime hours, access to our training portal and several other applications to support healthy living to this platform. We will not stop adding new features to this application,” she adds.
