“MetLife Sales Faculty” initiates trainings in cooperation with Sabancı University’s EDU

 
 

MetLife Emeklilik ve Hayat continues to launch projects focusing on efficiency. MetLife has initiated the “Sales Faculty” program in cooperation with the Executive Development Unit (EDU) of Sabancı University with the aim of increasing online sales competencies of their financial consultants.


MetLife Sales Faculty training program will be held at the online classrooms of EDU, and each training module will start with webinars. The program consists of a ‘Horizon Tour’ in addition to the following subjects:
‘Understanding the Customer in the New World Order’
‘Sales in the New Normal’,
‘Remote Business and Relationship Management’,
‘Economic Literacy’,
‘Finance for Non-Finance Professionals’,
‘Storytelling’,
‘Digitalization and New Technology Trends’,
‘Digitalization in Insurance Market’


MetLife’s financial consultants who complete this program will be rewarded with EDU Achievement Certificate by the Executive Development Unit of Sabancı University.


Deniz Yurtseven, General Manager of MetLife Emeklilik ve Hayat, gave a statement about the Sales Faculty program. “The pandemic has changed the routines of our working and social lives to great extents. Now, we are all adapting to the new normal life and redefine our processes. Many companies have transitioned to remote-working model; therefore, we wanted to increase online sales competences of our financial consultants in accordance with the necessities of the new normal, with the aim of making a genuine contribution to their personal development and professional lives. With this goal in mind, we are really happy to have launched the Sales Faculty program in cooperation with Sabancı University, one of Turkey’s most prestigious universities,” he said.
