Generali Sigorta met with all its agents across Turkey through online events under the motto “Are you ready for a change with RED?” ("Kırmızı ile değişime hazır mısınız?") Sylvain Ducros, General Manager and CEO of Generali Sigorta, met with the agents during the events; while Seydi Demir, Assistant General Manager of Sales, made a presentation detailing the new segmentation structure. Riccardo Candoni, Executive Officer of Greece, Turkey, Brazil and Ecuador at Generali Group and Vice Chairman of Generali Sigorta, also connected to the meeting and wished a successful year for all agents. In addition to the new agency segmentation structure, the meeting focused on last year’s achievements, surprises and other changes for the new year.

Sylvain Ducros, General Manager and CEO of Generali Sigorta, commented on the online event, and said: “In our meeting, we shared what we did for our agents during 2020 and what surprises are on the horizon for them in 2021. Today and in the future, agents are the unchanging and largest sales channel of insurance market. This is an agency market. We will keep walking with them, and invest more in our agents during 2021. We spend all our effort to achieve it.”

Seydi Demir, Assistant General Manager of Sales at Generali Sigorta, shared information about the event and stated that they have been providing full support for their agents in their journey to become the ‘agent of the future’. "We are starting 2021 with a new surprise prepared for our agents. We are changing our long-running agency segmentation structure as of 2021. We have transformed it into a dynamic structure that offers them advantages based on production and profitability. We are launching a series of unprecedented rewarding systems based on the new segmentation criteria. We have paid extra attention in making those new criteria transparent and achievable, and will spend additional effort to ensure that all our agents can benefit from it,” he added.
