Developed by Ray Sigorta for families with children, Baby on Board product was welcome with great appreciation due to its significant contribution to domestic economy. Ray Sigorta has recently announced that the solution will also be applied to compulsory MTPL products. The product family offers great advantages to families with discounts and assistance services, and now provides coverage for families with children between the ages of 0 and 6.  

 

As a company that has achieved a great performance with new products designed to offer solutions for every need, Ray Sigorta continues to improve and expand its innovative product portfolio. Their motor casco solution called “Baby on Board” casco attracted a great deal of interest with special discounts for families that have children between 0-6 years old. This advantageous solution will now be applied to compulsory MTPL products, expanding Ray Sigorta’s product family. 

 

Baby on Board motor casco policies are offered with up to 25% discount and Baby on Board compulsory MTPL policies are offered with up to 15% discount to families who have children between the ages of 0 and 6. The products were designed to make a contribution to domestic economy and ensure that families with children can travel under insurance guarantee. If the policyholder decides to buy both of these products, they can benefit from a total discount of up to 25%. In addition to offering discount for the private vehicles of parents of children between the ages of 0 and 6, Baby on Board Motor Casco policyholders also earn a right to retain their no-loss discounts, if they complete the policy period until their children become 6 without any losses. He added that penetration of traffic insurance cannot reach 100% despite the fact that it is a compulsory type of insurance. “The number of cars in traffic increases on a daily basis. According to the statistics in February, number of cars in traffic has increased by 40% compared to last year. However, we cannot observe the same increase in the number or traffic insurance policies sold. Likewise, 28% yearly increase in motor casco insurance policies is not enough. As insurance companies, we could increase demand in these products by offering products that will bring different benefits for policyholders compared to conventional coverage scopes, in addition to better explain the necessity of auto insurance products. We believe that we have made a significant contribution in this area by offering the new Baby on Board
