Groupama Sigorta was awarded by IDC Turkey DX Awards known for its experience of 57 years and actions carried out for trends, technology, and consumer technology in over 110 countries for its Video Expertise service which is a new generation application providing distant damage assessment to accelerate damage assessment processes of motor insurance, home, and office insurance policyholders. The online awards ceremony of the competition which many companies from Turkey attended was held with challenging criteria of the special jury. 

Selcen Seçginli, Groupama Sigorta Assistant General Manager, Claims Director, stated that they have developed digital services with an agile management perspective and said “We started our digital transformation processes long before Covid-19. During the pandemic, we continued to work on our digital skills and to stand with our insureds with our projects. With our video expertise application that we initiated during the pandemic, we provide our insureds having motor insurance, house and office insurance policies with the opportunity to carry out a distant damage assessment. The number of awards we obtained from IDC Awards became four with our video expertise service. We will continue to make life easier for our insureds by placing the digital in the center of our business processes.” 

Thanks to the new generation video expertise service which eliminates physical contact, the process is accelerated and customer satisfaction is provided with the application developed in compliance with the pandemic condition.
