        Generali Sigorta’s CEO appointed to a new position within Generali Group


        Generali  Group  has  appointed  Maurizio  Pescarini,  current
        CEO of Generali Sigorta A.Ş. as the new CEO of Genertel and
        Genertel Life.

        Maurizio  Pescarini  has  successfully  administered  Generali
        Turkey’s transformation in terms of both financial results and
        growth. Pescarini will leave his position as the CEO of Gener-
        ali Sigorta on 31 August 2019, and take over his new duties
        on 1 September 2019.
