three distinguished directors and three film professionals from three
different generations of Turkish cinema. The exhibition will showcase
site-specific and experiential cinematic works that are the result of col-
laborations between the directors and film professionals. This is also
the first project presented by Prizma, an independent art initiative es-
tablished by artist and curator Lara Kamhi, to fully explore the concept
of ‘Expanded Cinema. Prism Expanded explores expanded cinematic
art forms in light of new modes of thinking proposed by communication
networks such as social media, inclusive technologies, and interactive
storytelling.
Curator Lara Kamhi discusses the impact of communication networks on the cinematic experience, stating: “The didactic di-
mension of social media, with its commands, reminders, and alerts, continues to affect our approach to the cinematic experience,
keeping our minds away from the slightest vacancy. Amidst all this information chaos, we seek a state of transcendence, continu-
ing to search for an experiential environment where we can entrust our weary, bewildered, and tired minds with peace of mind.”

his fans.
Stand-Up Comedy Interlude by Tuna Kiremitçi: Songs of the Poet.
Tuna Kiremitçi continues to perform his musical show titled “Songs
of the Poet.” What sets this show apart from others is the presence of
laughter between the songs.
From “Birden Geldin Aklıma” to “Affet,” from “Bu Aşk Burada Bit-
er” to “Yine Sevebilirim,” Kiremitçi performs his own songs and clas-
sic ones of the same genre.
In between the songs, he gossips about an unnamed young man. Taking
a joyful journey from Müslüm Gürses to Ronnie James Dio, from the
mountains of Sicily to the streets of Beyoğlu.
Tuna Kiremitçi is accompanied on stage by the master violinist Müge
Alpay. Music, humor, and literature come together in a delightful per-
formance.
