MetLife Emeklilik ve Hayat shared its new roadmap shaped around growth, artificial intelligence, and data-driven transformation at its Vision Meeting, which brought together nearly 400 employees in Antalya.

The traditional Vision Meeting of MetLife Emeklilik ve Hayat was held between April 10–12 under the slogan “Leave Your Mark on Change,” with the participation of approximately 400 employees in Antalya. During the meeting, where the company’s 2025 performance was evaluated, growth strategies for the upcoming period, the technology-focused transformation vision, and the new approach to corporate culture were shared.

Approximately 15 business partners, including banks, agencies, brokers, and consumer finance companies, also attended the meeting. Attention was drawn to the critical role of the strong ecosystem established with business partners in the company’s sustainable growth journey.

This year’s meeting focused on sustainable growth targets, an organizational structure strengthened through artificial intelligence and data-driven transformation, and technology-oriented development. MetLife Emeklilik ve Hayat emphasized its approach centered on technology investments and data-based decision-making processes in order to respond more quickly and effectively to changing customer expectations. The meeting also addressed new corporate culture initiatives aimed at further strengthening the company’s strong team spirit. During the event, where strategic priorities centered on customer focus were shared, important messages were delivered regarding the goals of the new era, which will be shaped through the contributions of employees.

Deniz Yurtseven, General Manager of MetLife Emeklilik ve Hayat, made the following remarks regarding the meeting:

Priorities for the upcoming period were also shared during the meeting. Within this scope, prominent topics included personalized customer experiences through artificial intelligence and data analytics, integrated solutions in the bancassurance channel, product development in BES and life insurance, and the strengthening of digital ecosystems.
