Allianz Turkey, acting with the vision of pioneering new generation insurance by focusing on customer satisfaction, has initiated a new activity called “Customer Days”. The first event was organized a few days ago as a dinner party by the marketing department where a group of policyholders owning Allianz Modular Health Insurance were invited as guests and enjoyed pleasant and informative conversations.
4 times a year
Customers who attended Allianz Customer Days are selected among policyholders who accept the invitation extended through random calls. Allianz Turkey plans to organize these events 4 times a year and invite customer groups with different types of insurance products every time to get a chance to learn about their experiences as customers.
The event was attended by Okan Özdemir, Assistant General Manager of Marketing at Allianz Turkey; Pınar Lembet, Assistant General Manager of Health Insurance; Nedim Tarakçı Director of Health Insurance Operations; and Burcu Koldemir, Gülşah Kaya Köse and Erkan Işıksal from Marketing Department. During the organization, guests shared their experiences and suggestions with the managers of Allianz Turkey.
