Murat Hakseven was appointed as the Head Office Director of Insurance Information and Monitoring Center (SBM) which acts as the information center of Turkish insurance market. Following his undergraduate degree on Computer Science and Engineering at Yıldız Teknik University, Murat Hakseven completed his graduate education at İstanbul University, School of Business, Department of Production. Hakseven began his career in the information technologies segment of the banking industry. He worked as a Network Specialist, System Analyst, Database Manager, Software Specialist, Project Manager, IT Department Manager, Software and Business Development Director positions at public and private institutions. In addition to his duties as a senior manager, he has conducted academic studies in Software Reliability models and Software Development Methodologies.

He began working at Bileşim A.Ş in July 2009 as the Assistant General Manager Responsible from Operation Group. Before his latest appointment, Murat Hakseven was the Assistant General Manager Responsible from Information Technologies at the same company.

Murat Hakseven was appointed and began his duty as the Head Office Director of the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center as of July 2017.
