AXA Sigorta organized a press conference on 13 September 2017 to announce its transformation that focuses on innovation and its reflections on the operations in Turkey. During the meeting, company representatives detailed the innovative projects conducted in the fields of communication, marketing, technology, and process management and their latest commercial campaign.

The press conference included presentations about the latest communication campaign which was initiated with the motto of “If there is trouble, there is AXA”, new products and services offered to consumers, new innovation projects conducted in accordance with the changing and evolving consumer requirements, and AXA’s market-leading digital projects.

“Evolution of risk and solutions change the market”

Stating that risk definitions that have entered our lives recently in areas such as climate, technology and information security resulted in a rapid change for the insurance market, Guillaume Lejeune said that the very definition of risk evolved into something else in parallel with that change. “On the other hand, technology continues to strengthen our hand with positive developments. For instance, it is now possible to open new pages in finding cures for illness with the help of biotechnology, or fight traffic accidents with safer driving systems. This transformation rapidly creates an unavoidable evolution in all relations and working methods of insurance ecosystem.”

Saying that the current transformation of the world, changes in lifestyles and expectations of the new generation have all created a deep impact on insurance market; Özer Şimşek, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and Executive Committee Member at AXA Sigorta, stated that they handled all communication activities, as well as their products and services, with an innovative approach. “The definition of trouble and solution has changed,” he said; and added that they had the ability to change all social changes and customer requirements into innovative products and services.
