Dinçer Keçeci, who attended the Information and Technology Platform Logosphere 2017 to represent HDI Sigorta, stated that HDI Sigorta Human Resources Department became more social thanks to the time they saved with technological transformation.
Employees of Logo Software, expert academicians in Information Technologies field, students, an audience of more than 1.000 people from different occupations, and professionals from IT and business world gathered at Logosphere 2017 - organized at Wyndham Grand İstanbul Levent on 26 October 2017.
Dinçer Keçeci represented HDI Sigorta at the 6th Logosphere, Information and Technology Platform; and shared the experiences HDI Sigorta’s Human Resources Department gained during the process of technological development.
“At HDI Sigorta, we attach great importance to technological transformation as it brings many conveniences to our employees and save us time to become a more social HR department. By adapting technology to HR processes, we can now spend the time that we used to allocate to preparing payrolls, monitoring leaves, reporting attendance controls to managers in better activities such as organizing events that can be attended by all our employees,” said Dinçer Keçeci during his session.
