The company received the Felis Award for “Best Application” in Health Communication Section, Good Living Category.

Özer Şimşek, Head of Sales and Marketing and Executive Committee Member at AXA Sigorta, stated that mobile became one of the important parts of AXA’s digital transformation processes and added, “Our customers are now emotionally bonded to their mobile devices. Therefore, they expect to build the same bond with applications as well. As AXA Sigorta, we pioneer this digital transformation especially in customer experience area.”

Özer Şimşek said that AXA Sigorta was able to help their customers about anything related to insurance anytime needed and that they aimed to become a digital ‘friend’ for them to trust, with the new ‘AXA Sağlığım’ product – which was one of the most recent examples of their approach. He added, “We have prepared a mobile application that can provide them the best solutions and be adopted to their daily lives easily and rapidly.  So far, more than 70.000 users have downloaded our application; and it is used very actively thanks to different contents we prepare together with Ayşe Tolga.”
