Bradley Du Chenne, CEO of Koalay.com, gave a statement about the advantages they offered to the customers of companies Koalay.com has partnered with. He said:
“The partners offer Koalay.com to their consumers who, in most cases, have difficulties accessing the internet. Koalay.com is offered to the consumers as a self-service platform which allows customers to easily purchase or renew their insurance policies via desktop as well as mobile devices at these branches. Our easy to use system is supported by a call center who are available to provide additional support to the customer if needed. In addition, our Development Director Dilara Çetin and Alternative Distribution Channels Manager Saadet Kutlu are also working on expanding the Koalay.com offering with new products in the near future for greater range of products for the customers to benefit from.”
According to Bradley Du Chenne, scalability has zero impact on the system, due to Koalay.com being a digital platform. He said that multiple transactions could be handled simultaneously without an impact on service and quality.

Bradley Du Chenne also mentioned the advantages for the end consumer when partnering with non-insurance companies, and said that the main reason for Koalay.com engaging with partners was to capitalize on the partner’s footprint and vast distribution channels across the country.

“Increasing the penetration of insurance products is critically dependent on reach. By partnering with partners that have a large footprint and significant customer base, we are offering the consumer yet another distribution method to choose from, ultimately increasing the penetration of insurance products across the market,” he said.
